About the Instructor
Lisa Fulk is a graduate of New College and a Cornell-certified Master Food Preserver. Through her company Sunshine Canning, she offers locally-sourced artisanal jams and pickles at various markets and retail locations in the area. She also teaches canning classes and workshops throughout southwest Florida.
