Aneta's Personal Story and Invitation to Attend her Class:
The revolution (or should I say “my r-evolution”) started when I became pregnant. My old life on the Standard American Diet (SAD), with my standard American lethargy, aches and illness, had to become a thing of history. In the process, I learned of a little piece of ancient history called kombucha. It wasn’t just a drink. It was the spark that lit the fire inside of me and set in motion my purpose on the earth—to bring health back to my community.
I brew and drink kombucha, though I don’t smell like patchouli, wear only hemp products, and drive a 1970’s VW bus around town, blasting Phish while letting my dreadlocks blow in the breeze. I actually don’t fit any of those descriptions, though whoever does I’m sure is a lovely person.
No, I am a hippy in high heels. I’m a mother, a wife, a caregiver and an activity for change. Bringing healthier living to others motivates me to use only the highest quality organic ingredients. It inspires me to balance the flavors and energy of today with the wisdom of the past.
So here I am in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, doing exactly what I am meant to do. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my gift with you through this energetic, sparkling tea known as 221 BC Kombucha. Please enjoy!
