This State of Our Foodshed Forum, offered as part of Eat Local Week 2015, is also one in a series of eight "Sustainable Communities Conversations" leading up to Sarasota County's 10th Annual Sustainable Communities Workshop on December 3rd.
This event will include several short presentations by key players in Sarasota County's local food movement looking back on the past 10 years, followed by an interactive audience discussion exploring goals and strategies for continuing to grow the movement over the next 10 years. Locally-sourced hors d'oeuvres will also be provided by Zildjian Catering.
