Transition Talks: Eat Local Week

Greater Sarasota's 4th Annual Eat Local Week, scheduled for October 24th-30th, promises to be the biggest one yet. 24 different organizations have collectively organized a total of 22 events, including garden tours, farm-to-fork dinners, cooking demonstrations, wild edible plant walks, educational presentations, hands-on activities, cultural gatherings, community discussions, and a visit from one of the world’s foremost experts on community economics, Michael Shuman.
