Meet and mingle with Eat Local Week 2016 keynote speaker, Douglas Gayeton of The Lexicon of Sustainability, prior to his presentation on "The Meaning of Local" at Ringling College of Art + Design. At this event, Douglas will read from and sign copies of his 2015 book, Local: The New Face of Food and Farming in America.
Combining stunning visuals with a lexicon of more than 200 agricultural terms and principles explained by today’s most innovative thought-leaders, Local explores how to create a food system that benefits both the environment and the people living in it.
